A unique and unrepeatable experience in an extraordinary setting in the heart of eternal Rome.
The location of Nazionale Flat is simply superlative; in Nazionale with windows on this big street, main artery of the historical center.
Between the Fountain of Trevi and the Terme di Diocleziano, Piazza Venezia and Piazza della Repubblica; four cardinal points, four Roman splendors, places among those most noted worldwide, all reached within a 5 to 15 minute walk.
For the business traveler getting around is really easy.
In Piazza della Repubblica, reached in only 2 minutes on foot, yu can find the taxi station and the underground station line A, while in Piazza dei cinquecento (Termini) you can find a lot of Buses, national trains, etc., Termini is the real hub of the entire city.
The recent renovation add a touch of preciousness. It's located on 1° floor (without lift).
The apartment, can accommodate up to 4 people together in the bedroom (with 2 single beds you can also join) and living room (with a double sofa bed).
On request it is possible to have also an additional bed as extra.
The flat is furnished with full kitchen corner, bathroom with shower, Air conditioning, TV, satellite, DVD, internet.
The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and all kitchenware needed to prepare meals that can be enjoyed within the antique walls of an apartment where modernism and history combine harmoniously.
Linens & Towels are included.
The premises are let to you for holiday purposes only for the period as stipulated on your reservation confirmation and for the maximum persons agreed at the time of booking. The Primary Guest warrants that person will be held responsible for the conduct of all guests.
The description of the premises is given in good faith and no responsibility for misinterpretation will be accepted.
Advance bookings are accepted by us in good faith. We cannot however accept responsibility in the following circumstances – malfunction of any inventory items; noise; inconvenience or loss of view caused by building construction on neighbouring or nearby properties.
ARRIVALS & DEPARTURES
Check-in is usually after 4 P.M. (Check-In after 9.00 P.M. extra charge 20.00 euro, after 11 P.M. extra charge 50.00 euro). Early Check-In can be requested with an extra fee (30.00 euro).
Check-out is usually before 10 A.M. A late check out (until 2 P.M.) is available with an extra charge of 35.00 Euro
To organise Check-In, the client must inform the City Manager when they are due to arrive, contacting him 4/5 days in advance by mail or telephone (see Contact).
Unless a confirmed Early Check-In, the flat is guaranteed that the house will be ready at 4 P.M., and it should be vacated no later than 10 A.M. (after 10 A.M. extra charge 35.00 euros) on the departure day.
The City Manager has the right to deny access to any client who show signs of being drunk or intoxicated, who act aggressively towards the City Manager, or who violates State laws.
Anyone booking an apartment agrees not to have parties or loud music playing. If neighbors complain and/or the police are called, it may result in the immediate eviction of the tenant regardless of the time of day or night. This will also result in the loss of prepaid rent. Quiet time in the properties is from 10 PM to 10 AM.
By booking with us you agree to our terms and conditions and expected to abide by these rules. You will also be expected to sign these rules upon check-in on your date of arrival.
At your arrival, our staff will meet you at your apartment with your keys and orient you with the apartment.
If anything is damaged or missing, you agree to pay the cost to repair or replace it.
If the cost is more than the security deposit, you agree to cover the remaining balance due.
Please report any damaged equipment to the City Manager, who will endeavour to replace/organize repair as soon as possible.
Please note that the City Manager is NOT AUTHORIZED under any circumstance to give a discount to clients. If the client has a complaint and would like to discuss a discount, he must contact the apartment owner via email directly, outlining the reasons for complaint.
The City Manager and/or the owner will not be held responsible or liable to compensate for building and construction work being done on neighboring properties.
DAMAGE LOSS OR THEFT OF TENANTS PROPERTY
No responsibility is accepted by either the City Manager or the owner for guest’s property left on the premises. Owner insurance does not cover the loss of tenant’s belongings. Please follow City Manager instructions on keys and locks very carefully.
The City Manager has the right to enter the house for reasons of inspection or maintenance.
NUMBER OF GUESTS
Rental guests agree not to exceed the maximum occupancy listed on the website. If rental guests exceed the maximum occupancy of the apartment, owner/manager may immediately evict them with no refund of the unused portion of the rental period. At NO time can the maximum occupancy be exceeded.
Pets are NOT permitted in the flat. Guests will have their stay terminated immediately if a pet is found in the apartment.
The apartment is strictly non-smoking. Any evidence of such will incur extra cleaning charges. Additional housekeeping fees will be charged for properties left in an unsatisfactory condition.
Subletting the house is not allowed.
In the case that the client does not respect any of the points contained in this section, the City Manager will ask the client to leave the house. Any costs associated with any repair, excess clawing or loss of income as a result of a guest’s or visitor’s actions, negligence or misconduct will be recovered from the Primary Guest.

Für einen Kurztripp total in Ordnung. Gute Lage direkt neben einer Metrostation und in der Nähe vom Hauptbahnhof Termini. Wohnung war sauber und praktisch ausgestattet. Schlüsselübergabe funktionierte tip top. Sie waren sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Zeigten und erklärten uns alles auf einer Karte, somit fanden wir uns in Rom sehr gut zurecht. Gerne wieder!
Hemos estado tres noches y todo correcto salvo la conexión wifi que se interrumpía bastante. Las camas eran cómodas, la cocina y cuarto de baño con lo necesario.
Buena ubicación cerca de termini, líneas de autobuses y metro.
Manuela, la propriétaire, ne nous a pas contactés directement mais elle a fait tout le nécessaire pour que quelqu'un le fasse à sa place, avant notre départ et lors de l'arrivée. L'appartement était dans un état impéccable, propre et rangé, vraiment bien. Il a tous les électroménagers indispensables (sauf, malheureusement, un simple grille pain). Sa situation est plutôt convenable, compte tenu du fait que Rome est une très grande ville. Il est très bien desservi par les transports en commun et pas loin du métro, et se trouve tout juste dans l'enceinte des murailles aurélianes, ce qui est très pratique puisque comme ça le tarif du taxi est fixe pour les déplacements vers les deux aéeroports de Rome. Les voisins sont calmes et gentils, par contre le quartier est vivant et bruyant ... mais c'est Rome, quoi! Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la cour, très verdoyante, avec un aménagement basique pour y boire un verre et papoter entre nous (quelques chaises et petites tables) et nous y avons même déjeuné, c'était franchement très agréable. Un séjour (presque) parfait.
The appartment more than fulfilled our expectations.
It's spatious, clean and well equipped with a.o. a washing machine.
It's situated at short distance (300m) from the Vatican, in a quiet neighbourhood.
Of course one hears some little sounds from neighbours, but in our perception acceptable.
The host took her time to explain everything in and around the appartment.
Before arrival they made contact to explain how to travel in the city.
In short: we can recommand this appartment. It's worth the money you pay for it.
We were absolutely delighted by the experience we had in Roma.
Manuela welcomed us at the flat, and very nicely explained us all we had to know about the accommodation, but also some tricks and warnings about the city.
The flat is very well located that allowed us to go to the Villa Borghese, the coliseum, and also the Vatican all by walk.

This apartment really does have a nice terrace. That is where we ate most of our meals when we ate in the apartment. The apartment is spacious and stylish. It has a well-equipped kitchen and the laundry facilities are very useful. We used the apartment in August during extreme heat and humidity. The apartment does not have air conditioning, but it was comfortable enough using the fan and the dehumidifier. The apartment is on the side of a hill, so that one face looks out above ground with the wonderful terrace. The rest of the apartment is in the hillside and the only other windows are small windows high up on the walls that are at ground level on the other, uphill, side of the building. Because of this, the apartment had very high humidity during the heat of August. If you can't tolerate some dampness, this is not the place for you.
The location is excellent. The entrance to the apartment is off the street some distance, so it is quiet and private. If you look at the area on Google streetview you will see Via di Sant Onofrio is partly stairs. The entrance to the courtyard is half way up those stairs. This is very charming and private, but it also means that are steep stairs involved beyond those you can see on streetview. We did not have any problems moving ourselves and our luggage in and out, but if you are elderly or have mobility problems, you may not be happy with this apartment.
Just at the end of the street there is a tabacchi where you can buy transit tickets, etc. Key bus stops are about a 5 minute walk away (we did not have any problems taking our luggage there and riding the bus to the Terminale train station). There are several convenience stores for buying food and drink. There is a good but full-price restaurant on the corner, but you are about a 5-10 minute walk from the enormous selection of restaurants in Trastevere. We walked to the Vatican, Pantheon, etc from the apartment, and took the bus to the Coliseum. We also enjoyed the night-life set up on the banks of the TIber. Great place to spend an evening!
Beautiful luxurious apartment in Trastevere. Very close to the center, tram takes you to plaza Venezia in under 10 minutes. Consider this apartment if you are staying in Rome. In my opinion it beats any Hotel!
The area is great and with a lot of charm - the flat is very modern and well organised. The bathroom is transparent and only for people. who know each other extremely well!
The hostess is charming and well informed.
