Apartment by itself is well decorated and has everything you might need to enjoy your stay in Prague. A double bed, a sofa, a dining table, a wardrobe, a TV with local channels, a fully equipped kitchen with plates, cutlery, glasses, cooking utensils, a fridge, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster. A bathroom with a shower, WC, a washing machine, a hair-dryer, an iron and an ironing board.
This area is very popular among expatriates, and that means on this and neighboring streets you will find many restaurants with cuisines from around the world, but the street itself is very quiet and is perfect for private relaxation. On the street there are two mini-markets, and a possibility of parking (approx. 12 euro/24h).
We would be really glad to accommodate you in our apartment! If you have any questions, feel free to contact us!
Also we provide:
*Towels and bed linen
*A bottle of Czech Moravian wine as a present for all our guests
A little bit about Zizkov area:
Zižkov is one of Prague's most convenient destinations for commuters. Much of the neighborhood is within a walking distance from the city center or Vinohrady. Žižkov can also be approached on foot from Karlín via the pedestrian tunnel under Vítkov Hill. Commuting by tram from the very city centre should take around 10 minutes or even less.
Some of the nearest attractions :
*TV Tower (5-7min walk)
*National Monument (10-15min walk)
*Wenceslas square (15-20 min walk)
It takes 30 minutes to get to your apartment from the airport by taxi. We could also arrange a transfer from the airport for you - this service costs 20 euros. In this case our driver will meet you in the arrival zone, drive you to the apartment and hand you in the keys and a couple of maps with some relevant information.

Lovely Flat and nice furnished and very clean, not even 5 minutes from Wencelas Square, Old Town within walking distance.
The landlords are really nice and give you loads of hints and advices.
the appartement has a convenient price but It lacks of tableware and some leaks appeared in the roof the raining days. No elevator (but second floor)
Very nice flat with short way to the City. Also Transfer from Airport was very easy.
An incredible flat, and amazing city! We had a really good time and we enjoyed it so much :)
Dear Emil and Olga,
We had a fantastic time in Prague and we were satisfied with the accommodation. The location was very good and the flat was clean, comfortable and well equipped. There is only a minor issue I would like to call your attention to. We received some recommendation from Olga for restaurants, which was very kind of her. However the restaurant called Beer Museum is a place I would never recommend to anyone. Both the food, and the service were terrible. There are so many nice places in Prague but unfortunately this is not one of them.
On the whole, Prague was a fantastic experience. Thank you.
This place is a good choice if you travel on a budget and you want to live in a nice neighborhood. It has everything you need for a short stay. The tram is five minutes away, so it won't be a problem if you want to go to the city shortly.
Rooms are clean.
One confusion with the vocabulary. In BrE the floor of a building at street level is the ground floor, the one above it is the first floor and the one below it is the basement, or lower ground floor in a public building. The apt. is on the ground floor but the street is quiet, so it was not a problem, just a suprise for us.
The sheets are clean but the bedding smelled funny and had damp-stains, therefore four out of five stars.
Great apartment located in the heart of Prague! Choose this place if you going there!
Nice lejlighed, very closed to the center of Prague and easy to take metro but there are much noise at night.
Near to the center of the city by bus even the bus stop is near.
Shops like Tesco are in front of the building so you can buy food, drinks from 7 AM to 9 PM!
No air conditioning although in the flat there are two boards to adjust it, the owner answered me that in the center of Prague it's not allowed. During our days the flat was at 29ºC all the day so very difficult to be inside.
Mosquitos, a lot. as we couldn't open the terrace due to them and the temperature was very high, it was difficult to pass our days.
Reception in the building, no english spoken.
You have to go to a different office (near the main train station) to take the keys and the information.
Some things were broken (flush in the toilet, some bed clothes).
And the worst thing, there are not courtains to protect against the sun in the morning, so it seems you are sleeping in a terrace. The first day we were awake at 5.45 AM!! The rest of the days we avoid to sleep in the bedroom and we decided to sleep in the salon where the sun didn't shine so strong.
The location of this apartment was great. Within 15 minutes you are in the centre of Prague (by tram). The only thing we weren't that enthusiastic about was the kitchen supplies. There were no kitchen towels or decent equipment to cook with. By this we mean kitchen spoons etc. Though the apartment was clean and Olga & Emil were there to help you when you need them. Prague is a great city and we very much loved our time there.
