LA CONSTRUCTION ET LE QUARTIER
L'immeuble de standing typiquement parisien construit en 1900 est parfaitement entretenu. La quartier est l'une des plus chic et agréable de Paris. Vous trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin à proximité: restaurants, cafés, marché, boulangerie, pharmacie ... et vous êtes dans le quartier des marques de luxe. Vous séjournerez à quelques mètres de la plus belle avenue du monde.
Au deuxième étage avec ascenseur, cet appartement vous offre un grand salon, une salle à manger, une cuisine entièrement équipée, 3 grandes chambres à coucher et trois salles de bains. L'appartement est très lumineux.

- Cuisine équipée: cuisinière, four, réfrigérateur, congélateur, lave-vaisselle, ainsi que des plats, des casseroles, des tasses et des verres.

CONDITIONS DE LOCATION
L'appartement peut être loué pour un minimum de deux (2) nuits et un maximum de six (6) mois.
Règles de la maison
Pour les arrivées tardives, il sera demandé un supplément de EUR 20 entre 20H et 22h et EUR 40 après 22H.
Une caution de EUR 500 est demandée pour couvrir d’éventuels dégâts ou réparations dans l'appartement du fait des locataires. Elle doit être réglée par CB le jour de l'arrivée avec notre terminal de paiement mobile (la somme en question n'est pas débitée mais « pré-autorisée » comme pour la location d'une voiture par exemple).

A good apartment, in a very good location. The apartment is quite small but was perfect for what we wanted. The interior is a good standard with a fridge, microwave and hob and a modern bathroom. It also has an iron and hairdryer which isn't mentioned on the site.
The area has plenty of good bars and restaurants and the ones we visited were very good quality and reasonably priced especially compared to the more touristy areas.
The main Metro / RER station Chaletlet - Les Halles is less than a five minute walk away and the Metro stops on the Rue de Rivoli are also close by.
Overall very pleased and would definitely recommend a stay.
A very good location with the metro station right on the corner. Very practical when being in Paris.
Appartment was very nice and cosy and the view just as nice (fourth level/ no lift though).
Too bad you can't park in front of the building. You can only station for a little while (to leave luggage for example). Therefore, check your preference for parking (if you are with the car) beforehand.

Apart from aggravation upon arrival when I was kept waiting 45 minutes in spite of having clearly made an appointment with the host, all was fine.
We actually stayed in a different studio since there was a mix-up of reservations. However, the hosts were very nice and the new Studio was even bigger and nicer.
The location of the apartment is very convenient and it's easy to get around from here.
However, the overall price-performance ration is pretty bad.
It is superfically clean but every corner is very dustry, especially around the bed!!! The shower was cold or even ice cold at most times, only by the end of the week I stayed here I got some warm water!!!
And also the contact and information prior to my stay could have been a little better. I never received any feedback for my complaints!
So looking at the price for the 7 days I stayed and what I got for it I'm sure there are better places to stay at!
the apartment is placed well for visiting Paris - it is possible to walk from there to see the City - but public tranportation is also very ggod from there. Everything you need in terms of restaurant ect nin the area.
The welcoming was not very good. We waited outside to be received but no one came to see us. It was not possble to reach jeremy by phone - and his assistant was not to confident with directing us over the phone. But at the end we found the place - and it the place was good.
I had a very pleasant stay in the apartment in July 2015. A fantastic view on the busy Paris life. Being on the fourth floor is a lot of climbing of course but you get used to it. Toilet and bathroom were small but good quality, The stove might need replacement on the ling run but it did work properly. So I will certainly come back to this apartment with a supermarket across the street and restaurants around the corner as well as the metro station within 100 meters.
Very big flat for Paris, clean and nice perfect for 2 people!
The kitchen was full of what you need for cooking! Highly Recommended!
Very nice and cosy apartment located on a good location. Only 20minutes away from Gare du Nord, 2 minutes from metro stop Menilmontante and at the opposite of the street a small supermarket. Very handy! The apartment is big enough for 6 people. All necessary things you expect of renting an apartment is present and available. Will definitely recommend this apartment to others.
