Avis sur les autres logements de cet hôte
Five days before our arrival, we sent an Email that we expected to be at the apartment at 3 PM. She answered OK. The day of the arrival, she sent an Email with details. We did not see it, since we were on the road and didn't have internet access. When we arrived, we called the host. She was very unfriendly. As a non-native speaker of German, I did not understand her at first, and she just hung up and got very angry when we called again. Luckily the man with the key arrived. She must have called him. He was very friendly.
There is also no drier in the apartment thought it is stated in the description. The bathroom door was quite strange. Our son left the key inside the bathroom and without the key, you could not open the door from the outside. Luckily, a friendly neighbour to the apartment could get access to the bathroom without breaking it.The appartment was placed close to the U bahn and was in a very nice area.
The host cancelled the booking, this review is automated.
I visited Vienna for a congress in Messe Wien. I chose this flat as it was very close to the congress center. So close that I could wake up at 8.15 and be in the seminar at 8.30. Therefore was a very convenient location for me (also the tube statin was next to the congress center and takes to city center in less then 15mins).
The apartment was very neat and clean. Everything was available in the apartment for a pleasant stay. Within a few metro stops, you are already in the city centre.
Ronald was a friendly man who took well care after us. He even came to bring us extra pillows and bedsheets in the late evening, only an hour or two after we called him. The apartment itself is quite close to the center and is close to a bus station and a metrostation. Unfortunately, this also meant that the street in front of the apartment was quite busy. Since vienna was very warm during our stay, we left the windows open at night. The street was very noisy (especially the busses). An improvement would be an airconditioning system.
Really nice appartment very close to the metro and the city center. I recommend it if you want to stay im Vienna for some days.
Nice place. Clean. There're all comforts. Metro is 100 meters far, so buses and tram. You're downtown in 10 minutes. Free parking in front of the apartment. We enjoyed our vacations.
My stay was ok. The flat is big enough and FULLY furnished : oven, microwave, fridge, hot plate, stuff to cook, stuff to clean and , towels.
there is nothing wrong to say. The location is good also near Wien mitte and Stephenplatz. The district is good.
Do you enjoy being screamed at when you have reserved (and paid for) an apartment, and you want to make an appointment to pick up the keys? Then book this apartment. I live in Vienna, I am used to the particular brand of "Viennese charm," but I don't think I have ever paid 1000 EUR for something and then been treated so rudely. I would have cancelled the apartment reservation if I hadn't had to pay the cancellation fee.
To be clear here: I called the owner in order to make a time to move into the apartment. I did not ask for any changes, and I did not ask for a time outside of the check-in hours, and not only was I yelled at, but I was also told that I was wasting her time. I bet she didn't waste much time spending the money I had paid.
The apartment itself is clean enough, though the building is quite shabby and undergoing renovations. The apartment is being advertised as having a washing machine, but the washing machine is broken.
The most positive thing about the entire apartment was Robert, who showed us the apartment and very carefully explained how everything worked and what to do in case we needed anything. I would have given him 10 stars, if it hadn't been for the rudeness of his boss and the state of the building.
