This apartment is located in the city center less than 1 min away from Old town square. This area is really busy, but the street where the building with the apartment is situated, is quiet and the noise from the center will not disturb you neither at night nor during the day.
The flat by itself is gorgeous. Completely new, renovated, with a fully equipped kitchen (plates, cutlery, glasses (even for beer), a fridge with a freezer, a dish washer, an oven, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee maker).
This is a 2-roomed apartment. There is a big bedroom with a double bed, a wardrobe, a sofa, an antique table,a mirror, and a living room joint with a kitchen, which has a huge leather sofa, a TV, a dining table for 4 people.
The apartment is ideal for 4 people. Two sleeping places are provided by a double bed in the bedroom and another two - by a mezzanine bed (check the photos) in the living room.
There is a beautiful bathroom with a washing machine, a hairdryer, a dryer rack, and a iron along with an ironing board.
BTW, the apartment is located on the first floor, and there is an elevator in the house, which is something not typical for old buildings in the center of Prague.
Also we provide:
*Towels and bed linen
*iron, ironing board
*good recommendations where to go and what to see in Prague
*24 hours support during your stay
Plenty of shops and restaurants are around there along with a small farm market exactly round the corner, where you can buy fresh fruit and vegetables, also some souvenirs from Prague. And according to our own experience, the prices are okay there :)
The apartment's location is perfect - all the main attractions are located within a walking distance. You can walk the whole day along narrow medieval streets and feel an unforgettable atmosphere of the city!
*Old town square (just several steps!!!)
*Wenceslas square (2 min walk)
*Charles bridge (up to a 7-min walk and it is a very short distance to the riverbank!
Other Things to Note
We will be glad to meet you at our office, which is situated within a 5-minute walk from the Main Train Station - (URL HIDDEN) (Opletalova 39 street, green building, ground floor), big brown doors with a sign Ruterra.
If you are arriving at the airport, you can take a shuttle bus to the main railway station - once you are there, you will easily find us.
It takes 30 minutes to get to your apartment from the airport by taxi. We could also arrange a transfer from the airport for you - the cost varies depending on the number of people (it's 20 euros for 1-3 ppl, and 25 euros for 4 ppl). In this case our driver will meet you in the arrival zone, drive you to the apartment and hand you in the keys and a couple of maps with some relevant information.
- Please leave the apartment in the same condition as it was upon your arrival. All bed linen/tea towels and other textile as well.
- Check-in from 15h00 (we will do our best to prepare your apartment as early as possible) and check-out until 11h00 (you can leave your luggage in our office afterwards)
- We kindly ask you to not make any noise in the hallways and other common areas in the house after 22h00. There are many old people in the house and we have promised the neighbours to keep peace and maintain friendly relations.
-We love our guests so much that we provide them with a welcome set consisting of tea, coffee, sugar, detergent (dishwasher and washing machine), hair&body 2-in-1 shampoo, kitchen utensils, towels and bed linen.
- If you stay in our apartment for more than 7 days – we will clean and change towels/bed linen once a week for free.
- If you break something, please tell us. It happens, life is life :)
Thank you for your understanding.

Very nice flat with short way to the City. Also Transfer from Airport was very easy.
An incredible flat, and amazing city! We had a really good time and we enjoyed it so much :)
Dear Emil and Olga,
We had a fantastic time in Prague and we were satisfied with the accommodation. The location was very good and the flat was clean, comfortable and well equipped. There is only a minor issue I would like to call your attention to. We received some recommendation from Olga for restaurants, which was very kind of her. However the restaurant called Beer Museum is a place I would never recommend to anyone. Both the food, and the service were terrible. There are so many nice places in Prague but unfortunately this is not one of them.
On the whole, Prague was a fantastic experience. Thank you.
This place is a good choice if you travel on a budget and you want to live in a nice neighborhood. It has everything you need for a short stay. The tram is five minutes away, so it won't be a problem if you want to go to the city shortly.
Rooms are clean.
One confusion with the vocabulary. In BrE the floor of a building at street level is the ground floor, the one above it is the first floor and the one below it is the basement, or lower ground floor in a public building. The apt. is on the ground floor but the street is quiet, so it was not a problem, just a suprise for us.
The sheets are clean but the bedding smelled funny and had damp-stains, therefore four out of five stars.
Great apartment located in the heart of Prague! Choose this place if you going there!
Nice lejlighed, very closed to the center of Prague and easy to take metro but there are much noise at night.
Near to the center of the city by bus even the bus stop is near.
Shops like Tesco are in front of the building so you can buy food, drinks from 7 AM to 9 PM!
No air conditioning although in the flat there are two boards to adjust it, the owner answered me that in the center of Prague it's not allowed. During our days the flat was at 29ºC all the day so very difficult to be inside.
Mosquitos, a lot. as we couldn't open the terrace due to them and the temperature was very high, it was difficult to pass our days.
Reception in the building, no english spoken.
You have to go to a different office (near the main train station) to take the keys and the information.
Some things were broken (flush in the toilet, some bed clothes).
And the worst thing, there are not courtains to protect against the sun in the morning, so it seems you are sleeping in a terrace. The first day we were awake at 5.45 AM!! The rest of the days we avoid to sleep in the bedroom and we decided to sleep in the salon where the sun didn't shine so strong.
The location of this apartment was great. Within 15 minutes you are in the centre of Prague (by tram). The only thing we weren't that enthusiastic about was the kitchen supplies. There were no kitchen towels or decent equipment to cook with. By this we mean kitchen spoons etc. Though the apartment was clean and Olga & Emil were there to help you when you need them. Prague is a great city and we very much loved our time there.
Very nice apartment, no problem getting the keys although we were a bit late. Perfect for a week's stay. Just one tip: for big groups (more than 4) it would be helpful to have 2 keys. Cheers and thanks a million!!!
Very nice appartment. Good neighbourhood with lots of small shops and restaurants. There were however very few kitchen utensils, though enough to make do. Loved our stay in Praha!
