Very nice and clean penthouse in a very clean building. Emanuele is a nice person and a great host. I would recommend his services anyday!
It was very last minute that we got in touch, but absolutely no worries 'cause everything turned out fine. He picked us up at the airport shuttle bus stop, he showed us the appartment, gave us a quick guide to everything we needed to know and dropped us off in the centre again because he needed to be in the area anyway. We had a wonderful stay in Rome and are sure to book Emanuele's place again in a more sunny season!
It's a wonderful attic in Rome with wonderful hosts. Emanuele and Francesca were really helpful during our stay there. And the place is wonderful, having every little thing that you may need in your stay, from really clean, nice and new bed clothing and towels, free-fast wifi, even good coffee to have a fresh start in the morning.
In a 10 minutes walk you are in San Pedro, and there are a lot of "pizza al taglio" places nearby, with tasty, cheap pizza, and a Carrefour and some convenience stores.
The place is, indeed, for happy people and makes people happy! I'll be back soon!
Emanuele is a very nice person, who did his best to make our trip pleasant.
We took advantage of all his advices : markets, restaurants & food.
His appartment is clean and cosy. The view from the terrace is enjoyable. The location, close to the vatican and the metro, as well.
I recommand this apartment !
We had a wonderful stay, very clean and nicely furnished. Emanuele has welcomed us warmly and gave us a lot of tips for Roma. The terrace with views on St Peter's were fantastic. We look forward to seeing you again when we will be in the future in Roma. Then only to Emanuele:-)
For us, two adults, it was a perfect apartment, very modern, bright and clean. It fullfilled all of our needs! The apartment was located in a very nice and quiet area. A 10 minute walk to the Metro and a couple of supermarkets in the neighbourhood.
Our host Emanuele, was very friendly and he helped us more than we ever could ask for.
Everything worked fantastically well during our two weeks in this amazing town.
We will absolutely recommend this apartment to people who want to explore Roma.
We wouldn't hesitate to book this flat again and we just want to say "ci vediamo"
It was a realy nice apartment and we have wonderful days in Rom! The view form the terrace is very beautifull. The host is very helpful and support us realy great. If we stay another time in Rom, we try to get this apartment one more time. I can realy recomment this apartment.
Thank you for the great stay, emanuell!
Emanuele is very friendly and so he picked us up at Via Crescenzio/Vatikan (Sitbusshuttle.com) with his car. He introduced us to the local amenities like bakery, pizzaria, restaurants and shops close to the apartement.
The flat itself is on the 6th floor (elevator till the 5th, then steps) and quite nice. Everything you need is in it like TV, cooker, washing machine and so on. We liked it really well in this luxury flat. Especially the balcony is really spacious and the view amazing. Emanuele left some food for breakfast in the fridge - very comfortable, so we hadn't go to buy some at 10:00 pm.
We had a heavy storm in our first night, and so it was quite loud indoors. If you're getting scared easily, don't be afraid - the apartement resisted the storm without any damages.
If you have the joy of sunny weather, use the balcony for breakfast or siesta it's really worth it ;-)
All together it was a pleasure to stay at Emanuele. And Rome... check it out yourselfs ;-)
We can really recommend this apartment! Emanuele picked us up from the train station in the morning and immediatly brought us to the apartment. On the way to the apartment he feeded us with useful information about Do's and Dont's, nearby metro or bus stations and markets, showed us the way to the Vatican Museum (as we pre-ordered tickets online and went there the next day) and also recommended trattorias or restaurants in the neighbourhood of the apartment. The apartment itself is perfect! Roof terrace at the 6th floor with a wonderful view on St. Peter's. He filled up the fridge with food for our breakfasts, milk, juice, butter, plum cakes, muffins, yoghurts, coffee, etc. There are enough towels, also additonal pillows, blankets and bedcovers, god bless a WLAN!, lots of italian dicitonaries (german, english and french) and guide books in different languages.
He also stayed in contact with us during this week asking if everything is fine. He is very thoughtful and helps where ever he can. We left the apartment in the noon but could leave our luggage with him. He brought it then in the evening to the train station and handled it to arrive on time although a massive demonstration was going on in the city and the police blocked all the roads around Roma Termini! I will recommend this apartment and Emanuele's service to everyone who considers to make a trip to Rome! And also to the ones who don't :-) Emanuele, mille grazie!!!! All thumbs up! B&B
The Apartment is great - we loved our 3 days in Rome. Emanuele is excellent - he picked us up at the airport and brought us back on Sunday. The apartment has everything you need. The shower is maybe a little bit small for bigger people. The "no name" restaurant close to the apartment is typically Italian - if you like to be with locals you would prefer it - otherwise there are plenty of other good restaurants in Rome. The apartment is well located - 15 minutes walk to the Vatikan and 10 minutes to the metro.
