Avis sur les autres logements de cet hôte
Near to the center of the city by bus even the bus stop is near.
Shops like Tesco are in front of the building so you can buy food, drinks from 7 AM to 9 PM!
No air conditioning although in the flat there are two boards to adjust it, the owner answered me that in the center of Prague it's not allowed. During our days the flat was at 29ºC all the day so very difficult to be inside.
Mosquitos, a lot. as we couldn't open the terrace due to them and the temperature was very high, it was difficult to pass our days.
Reception in the building, no english spoken.
You have to go to a different office (near the main train station) to take the keys and the information.
Some things were broken (flush in the toilet, some bed clothes).
And the worst thing, there are not courtains to protect against the sun in the morning, so it seems you are sleeping in a terrace. The first day we were awake at 5.45 AM!! The rest of the days we avoid to sleep in the bedroom and we decided to sleep in the salon where the sun didn't shine so strong.
The location of this apartment was great. Within 15 minutes you are in the centre of Prague (by tram). The only thing we weren't that enthusiastic about was the kitchen supplies. There were no kitchen towels or decent equipment to cook with. By this we mean kitchen spoons etc. Though the apartment was clean and Olga & Emil were there to help you when you need them. Prague is a great city and we very much loved our time there.
Very nice apartment, no problem getting the keys although we were a bit late. Perfect for a week's stay. Just one tip: for big groups (more than 4) it would be helpful to have 2 keys. Cheers and thanks a million!!!
Very nice appartment. Good neighbourhood with lots of small shops and restaurants. There were however very few kitchen utensils, though enough to make do. Loved our stay in Praha!
Very nice and clean apartment. Got everything we could ask for. When coming back to Prague in the future we will probably look into renting this apartment again!
Great location,& the office HQ was also very convenient. We had a tram 50m away. Groceries were across the road & a tiki bar next to that. Prague was a great experience on the whole & made easier for having a clean dependable place to stay every night. Thanks Emil for making things comfortable ?
First Emil and Vlad are great. They are very helpful with request and information, and handle issues promptly. The room: On the first floor. The street is loud from time to time. The room has double windows which do quiet things down, however its summer and was to hot to sleep with windows close. I used ear plugs to sleep. Bed mattress is OK for the 4 days I was there. I'm 210 pounds & prefer firm. Room was fairly clean. Cupboards needed dusting. The rug by the bed is dirty. I would have preferred not having the rug at all. the rest of the apartment is a wood type of flooring which is easy to keep clean. Kitchen was functional with 2 eye electric stove which worked fine. The fridge was big enough to store a couple days worth of food. Their is no oven however. Their was enough utility items to cook. Bathroom: Clean, however it appears a little mold is forming in the shower. Nothing to be too concerned about. Water very hot & the 2 shower heads were great. Washing machine in bathroom worked fine. Their is a heated dryer rack also. I recommend one brings a close line if you plan on washing a lot. Their is a store across the street for all basic needs, and a large grocery store with 2 km. I never found the out door trash bins, and the room is only serviced weekly. Parking is reserved for permanent tenants, however I parked right in front and did not get a ticket. Area appears to be safe. Cafe and eateries are very close.
Bottom line for the inexpensive cost its a nice place.
Very nice place, good standard of services. Praha is wonderful city. I recommend it.
Evrything was fine before arriving at the house, once we where in the appartment we had difficulties with the keys of the door of the house we ask for help but it was not given, also we missed simple thing like papertowels and toilett paper . ..we had to buy...sorry for the inconvinient but we felt no care for us no help ...
Nice big appartment in the middle of the part of Prague where the Czech people themselves live and go out. In the direct surroundings there are a few nice cafes and good restaurants and minimarkets on allmost every streetcorner. The shoppingcentres take only a few minutes walk.
All tourist attractions can be reached by foot but taxis are also realy nice and more than affordable.
The appartments misses the true atmosphere of a city appartment because it is not really decorated. Nevertheless it was proper and well equiped. The only irritating issue is that there will only be handed one set of keys and therefore it is not possible tot split when you travel in a larger group. Emil and Vlad (nice and gentle guys who hold their words) should do something about that!
