Great location in Quartier Latin! Close to many restaurants and metro. The apartment is very cosy, everything you need is there. Paul's friend Vanessa welcomed us when we arrived, and gave us all the information we needed, even a nice bottle of wine as a welcome gift. Paul responded instantly on any questions we had during the visit. We had a great weekend in Paris and felt right at home like locals. Thanks for everything! We recommend this apartment to everyone! :)
This is our first visit to Paris and it went accordingly to our plan. Paul give us detailed communication on how to find the place and his friend Vanessa was there to meet us and explain on how to go about inside the studio. The studio itself is a just a few steps from the metro station. The studio is on the 6th floor and there is no lift but at least we are on the very center of Paris. Attractions are walkable and loads of restaurants to eat. There is supermarket nearby (Franpix) so it's handy if you want to prepare your own food, The bathrrom is quite small but it does the job anyway. Paul and his friends are very kind. They had a bottle of wine for us when we arrived. We would love to stay in Paul\s studio if we got a chance to come back to Paris.
Very lovley appartment at the heart of Paris, just a few steps away from Notre Dame and many other places you have to see on your visit. Paul and his friends are very kind and friendly and will help you with everything you ask for. We had a friend of Paul waiting in front of the door letting us in and explaining everything on the appartment to us. Fresh sheet and linnen were provided and there were towls in the bathroom. Paul was there to check out and a made sure that everything was fine on us. Everything was going perfectly and we can say that we do highly recommend the apartment and paul as host. Cheers Svenja & Jan
Generally, it was a great stay in Paris at Paul's place. There were some minor issues we faced in the beginning (the check-in was delayed by an hour due to an car accident by the person responsible for handing us over the key - not Paul) and some stuff we had to get used to (the shower is pretty small so that you have to get used to it as a taller person and the toilet in the room was broken so that we had to use a toilet one floor below our's).
The room is cosy and perfectly sufficient for a few days of sightseeing in Paris. There is a microwave, a water boiler, a coffee machine, cups, glasses and even pots and plates that allow you to cook in the small kitchen if you want to.
What we really really loved about the room is the location. It's simply perfect!! You live 50 meters away form Notre Dame and a lot of other sights are in walking distance. And in case you do not want to walk, there is a metro station a few steps away. Also the room itself is in a very lively street with a lot of restaurants and cafes (we never had problems finding sth to eat for a moderate price).
Basically, you step out of the door and are (as the name says) in the heart of Paris.
Paul himself was a great host. There was a Bottle of wine and some crackers in the room for us and when the "check-in" situation occurred we just had to give him a call and he did his best to resolve the issue asap so that we only had to wait an hour.
paul - super nice!!
appartment - very cosy and bohemian
location - absolutely central
The studio is a small, cheap and cozy apartment in the heart of Quartier Latin. It has been easy to have contact with Paul. Thank you!
Our stay in Paris was much better that we could imagine. The apartment is located in the heart of Paris, in a lively pedasteian street. Paul was so kind with us and explain us lots of things for making our stay more confortable. The apartment was provided with everything we needed. Moreover we would like to point out the cleanliness of the apartment because for us this issue was very important. In general we are very satisfied with our experience in this apartment.
We really enjoyed our trip to Paris. The studio was perfect and all the things Paul mentioned was correct. It is a very cozy and small apartment. Yes, there are a lot a steps to the six floor, but the apartment had everything we needed and the location was wonderful. Paul was very polite and helpful. He gave us maps of the city and there even was a bottle of wine for us at the room.
We were really pleased to live in Paul's studio. He explained us and show us everything about the apartment and was the most polite host we have ever seen. He told us about our area (how to get to bakery, shop etc) and answered on every question we asked. He did his best to guarantee us good place to stay in.
The studio was small, but it had everything we needed. It was situated in centre of Paris, so we didn't spend so much time on travelling by underground, buses etc! Everything was close to us!
We had lovely time in Paris and Paul's studio. He gave us so many instructions and was so kind! We can totally recommend him and his apartment to everyone who wants to feel the city and have a nice time there.
